TITLE:           "Duet in Purple"

MEDIUM:       Acrylic on paper

COMMENTS:  The irises I used for this painting came from another neighbor's garden this year. The contrast in the purple and white colors always catches my eye. The colors are so rich and colorful. Matching the purples of the flowers in paint is always a challenge because I use only three primary colors: yellow, red, and blue (a cool and a warm tone for each) plus white. What creative fun!
