COMMENTS: Spring greens are such bright colors. This small painting is from a spring trip to Klamath County in southern Oregon. In this high desert country spring is truly green and later turns to dry brown grass unless a ranch has a source of water other than the infrequent rains. I love the light and the wide open spaces in this area.
