COMMENTS: This sunflower appealed to me because the petals were separated from each other which made their folds more prominent. The simplicity of the composition is enhanced by the color variations. 

The painting is ready to hang. Edges are painted as part of the imagery. A frame is not necessary. However, you could use one if you wanted to. The painting comes to you unframed.
