COMMENTS:  I love to play with colors. Often I begin a painting with brushstrokes of colors until an abstract design forms. Later I decide what the design suggests for a subject. Then I develop it. The end result may be abstract, impressionistic, representational, or realistic art. 

This painting so reminded me of the fields of tulips here in Washington State. That determined how much I developed the subject. As usual, I used a limited palette of 4 or 5 colors.

This original painting comes to you unframed. Its size fits a standard ready made frame, so you'll be able easily to frame it yourself and save on custom framing costs.
