ORIGINAL LANDSCAPE PAINTING

A colorful original landscape painting of a mountain lake in the spring with sunlight touching the light greens in the forest.  The idea for the painting originated from memories of the lakes in the high Sierras of California, especially the blue and green colors of Lake Tahoe.

I painted the composition over an underpainting of bright greens. It is painted with acrylic paints on gessoed watercolor paper and measures 3 7/8 x 5 7/8 inches. 

It is varnished and ready for you to frame in a standard size frame. The painting comes to you unframed.
