COLORFUL PAINTING OF PURPLE PANSY

 

This original painting of a tiny purple pansy tucked in among its leaves is an acrylic painting on gessoed watercolor paper.  This delicate purple flower drew my attention with its dark purple center and veins. The soft lavender color of the petals behind the center makes the purple color even more vivid.
